Soennecken has made a great step forward this month with one of its business goals, i.e. enjoying success in the online printing portals market place.
Through collaboration with VistaPrint Corporate Solutions, Soennecken-dealers will be able to offer more than 6,500 print products including cloud solutions to their customers.
Soennecken eG and VistaPrint Corporate Solutions, the global business unit for strategic partnerships of VistaPrint Group have signed a cooperation agreement in the field of online print products and signage. The participating Soennecken dealers will be equipped by VistaPrint Corporate Solutions with their own online print portals and software solutions for so-called “closed-shop portals”, i.e. fully equipped printing portals to serve their customers.
“The new cooperation will enable our members to provide online printing solutions for their customers – with great product selection and even cloud print solutions,” says Winfried Schneider, business unit manager print and copy Soennecken.
“This is an excellent opportunity to offer customers a special service, with potential to generate additional revenue. It is also an innovative approach in networked collaboration.”
The resulting solution will include 6,500 products – business cards, flyers, calendars and advertising materials and other print products responding to diverse commercial printing needs – to appeal to a broad customer segment and make rapid gains in market share.

The total revenues of the Soennecken Group in 2013 were approx. 571 Million Euros (net of Taxes). The cooperative was founded in 1926 with headquarters in hilly Overath, Germany.
Today approximately 500 Dealers with some 1.000 locations take part in the four core business segments i.e. Retail, Catalogue Trade, Print and Copy and Computer equipment; direct sales and newer concepts are being piloted as well.
Members can choose from a large portfolio of over 1.000 branded articles as well as the own exclusive brand Soennecken. Comprehensive services in Marketing, General Counsel, Finance and Logistics complement the services portfolio.
Since 2012, the CIS Commerce Internet Services GmbH located in Essen belongs to Soennecken eG. Soennecken commissioned it, to develop and build multiple projects.
To name a few, there is the E-Procurement-System So.PROCURE and the online Shop technical platform So.COMMERCE. Both Solutions are deployed among the dealers with great success.
