On April 18th and 19th, 30 Nordanex partners from 15 companies met for a two-day workshop in the creative rooms of Soennecken eG to work together on their offering in Managed Services, gaining a better understanding of the IT services and to facilitate their entry into a future-oriented business model. The expert advisory board of the Nordanex Managed IT Service (NMS) Group organized the workshop with the title “Product design and product development”. Together with the participants, the workshop leaders drew roadmaps for the development of new managed services and for the inclusion of IT services in the company’s own portfolio. Questions were also discussed as to how standardization and automation can succeed in order to be able to offer managed services as efficiently and economically as possible.
The Nordanex workshop gave the participants plenty of scope for professional exchange. Experienced managed service professionals presented best practice examples and supported newcomers in the design of company-specific components and products. The participants used the joint evening event on the first day of the workshop for intensive networking, intensifying discussions and strengthening business relationships.
“Our goal is to enable system houses to successfully establish managed services in their own company and to design them individually as a service product,” says Nordanex Managing Director Christian Weiss. “It was great to see that so many system houses took time for each other on the two workshop days to impart knowledge and tools and to define common strategies for the future.” The two-day workshop took place in the WorkLab of Soennecken eG, a modern Working environment (already used by IMPSGA) that offered the right framework for creative work, new thinking and new solutions.
